Rubber Coated Rollers are the superior technical solution for increasing traction, shock absorption, and preventing scratches on products during transport. Featuring a robust steel core and a high-grade engineering rubber coating (Natural Rubber, NBR, EPDM, Silicon…), our vulcanization process ensures an unbreakable bond between the core and the coating. These are essential for Drive Pulleys (to increase belt traction) or conveyor lines in glass, woodworking, packaging, and printing industries.

- Finished Diameter (Ø): Ø50mm – Ø300mm (Custom fabrication).
- Core Material: Steel C45 / Stainless Steel 304 (Knurled surface for superior bonding).
- Coating Material:
- Natural Rubber: Good abrasion resistance, cost-effective.
- NBR Rubber: Oil, grease, and solvent resistant.
- Silicon/EPDM: Heat and chemical resistant.
- PU (Polyurethane): High load bearing, extreme abrasion resistance.
- Coating Thickness: 5mm – 20mm (Or custom).
- Hardness: 40 – 90 Shore A.
- Surface Finish: Smooth, Polished, or Grooved (Diamond/Herringbone pattern) for water drainage and grip.
- Origin: Machined at TVN Mech.

- Consultation & Quotation: The TVN Mech engineering team will review your request, advise on the optimal solution, and send a detailed quotation within 24 business hours.
- Order Confirmation & Deposit: Once the solution is agreed upon, please confirm the order and proceed with the deposit (typically 30-50% of the total order value).
- Production: TVN Mech will proceed with manufacturing the product according to the confirmed technical specifications.
- Inspection & Delivery: Upon completion, products will undergo quality control. We will notify you for final acceptance/inspection and proceed with delivery.
- Delivery Time: These are custom-made products and are not in stock. Production and delivery time ranges from 1-7 business days depending on the complexity and quantity.

- Return Policy: As these are custom-manufactured items based on specific requirements, we do not accept returns unless there is a technical defect caused by TVN Mech manufacturing incorrectly against the agreed specifications.
