At TVN Mech, we are committed to transparency and clarity in every transaction. The following policies have been established to ensure your rights and provide the best possible experience when ordering custom rollers, conveyors, and other mechanical equipment.

1. Quotation & Ordering Policy

1.1 Quotation

Due to the nature of custom fabrication, the price of each order is calculated based on specific factors: materials, dimensions, thickness, quantity, and product complexity.

• To receive an accurate quote, please provide technical drawings, detailed specifications, or product samples (if available).
• Quotations provided by TVN Mech are valid for 15 days.

1.2 Order Confirmation

An order is considered successfully confirmed when both parties have agreed on the final drawings/technical specifications, the quotation, and the customer has completed the deposit procedure.

2. Payment Policy

We offer a flexible payment method divided into two stages:

• Stage 1 – Deposit: Please pay 30-50% of the total order value immediately after order confirmation. This deposit allows TVN Mech to procure materials and commence production.
• Stage 2 – Balance Payment: Please pay the remaining balance before TVN Mech proceeds with delivery or at the time of product handover.
• Payment Methods: We accept cash payment at the workshop or via bank transfer.

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

3.1 Production Time

Fabrication and completion time ranges from 01 to 07 business days from the date of order confirmation.

• For complex orders or large quantities, the exact delivery time will be specified in the quotation.

3.2 Delivery Methods

• Factory Pickup: Customers can pick up goods directly at the TVN Mech workshop.
• Delivery within Ho Chi Minh City: TVN Mech offers free delivery for high-value orders or as mutually agreed.
• Nationwide/Provincial Delivery: We support packaging and shipping via freight forwarders or transport services as requested. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer directly to the transport provider.

3.3 Inspection upon Receipt

Please carefully inspect the products regarding quantity, specifications, and quality immediately upon receipt in the presence of the delivery personnel.

4. Warranty & Return Policy

4.1 Warranty Conditions

• Warranty Period: TVN Mech provides warranty services for Conveyor System products for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
• Warranty Scope: We cover technical defects arising from the manufacturing process at TVN Mech, including: incorrect dimensions compared to drawings, structural faults, weld defects, or seized rollers.
• Warranty Exclusions: Damages caused by misuse (overloading), mechanical impact by the user, unauthorized structural modifications, or natural wear and tear.

4.2 Return & Exchange Policy

• TVN Mech accepts a 1-for-1 exchange for new products if the delivered items do not match the specifications or technical parameters agreed upon by both parties.
• Note: As these are custom-manufactured goods made to specific requirements, we do not apply a return or refund policy for other cases.

5. Privacy Policy

TVN Mech is committed to respecting and protecting our customers’ privacy.

5.1 Purpose of Information Collection

We only collect necessary information (Name, Phone Number, Email, Address, Product Technical Data) for the purpose of:

• Contacting, consulting, and processing orders.
• Customer care and after-sales support.
• Record keeping for warranty policies.

5.2 Scope of Information Use

Your information is used strictly internally at TVN Mech. Only relevant departments (Sales, Technical, Accounting) have access to perform their duties.

5.3 Security Commitment

• We commit not to sell, trade, or share customer information with any third party for commercial purposes.
• Absolute confidentiality is maintained for technical drawings, specifications, and project-related information.
• Sharing information with third parties occurs only with customer permission or when required by competent state authorities.

5.4 Storage Time

Customer information will be stored throughout the cooperation process and retained thereafter to serve warranty and after-sales policies.
